Located conveniently to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Appalachian Trail and the City of Buena Vista. Knowledgeable staff are happy to provide maps and brochures of the area with a particular focus on outdoor recreational activities. Restrooms, picnic tables, and a grassy area for pets also available. No overnight parking. Open Friday – Sunday 11am – 3pm. (Closed Monday + Tuesday) If a section of the Blue Ridge Parkway is closed in the Rockbridge area, the visitor center will also be closed. (updated 12/1/22)

Located in downtown Lexington with free visitor parking all day for cars, RVs and buses. No overnight parking. Knowledgeable staff are happy to provide maps and brochures of the area including a self-guided walking tour map. Open daily, 11am – 3pm. Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
