This trip is offered by Twin River Outfitters (TRO). You and your gear will be shuttled 9 miles upstream to the Horseshoe Bend public boat ramp to launch. You will then paddle downstream back to the TRO river front store location.

This trip is the most popular run and is a solid beginner trip with great mountain scenery, and plenty of fun rapids. This trip takes a full HALF DAY to complete so make sure to pack a lunch and bring plenty to drink. The trip has numerous class I rapids and just one moderately challenging Class II rapid called "Richie's Falls" located near the beginning of the trip. The first four miles of the trip has a special designation as a State Scenic River section. As this trip ends where your car is parked, this trip has the most flexibility on take out times, making it a great choice for those interested in fishing along the way.
