This 2 day/1 night trip is offered by Twin River Outfitters (TRO) and is their most popular overnight camping trip. You and your gear will be shuttled 22 miles upstream and then you will launch from the Eagle Rock public boat landing. Paddle for 4 hours and camp about half way through the trip on private sites along the way. Float for 5 hours back to TRO.

The trip includes the entire length of the upper James Virginia Scenic River with a great mix of scenery and over 25 easy class I rapids and a few easy class II rapids. The trip ends at the TRO Buchanan riverfront location where your car is parked.
